Reality Fracture · Released 2026-10-02

How does Reality Fracture affect your mana base?

We compared complete Commander land lists at fixed budgets. Here is what changes—and where keeping your existing mana base makes sense.

Prices checked 2026-10-02. Examples use 37 lands, bracket 3, and the stated land-only budget.

What earns a slot?

A new set can add a useful land, offer a cheaper printing of an old favorite, or leave your existing list in a good place. These comparisons keep the commander and budget fixed so you can see the actual swaps.

No newly designed lands from this set have passed our recommendation checks yet. Reprints can still affect the cost comparisons below.

How we compared

Both sides use the same current Scryfall price snapshot and recommendation rules. “Without” excludes this set’s printings and uses cards printed before its release. “With” adds this set’s released, Commander-legal paper printings. Cheapest priced nonfoil printings are used; shipping, tax, owned cards, and ramp are excluded.

These are modeled examples, not playtest results or historical prices. A cheaper printing does not prove the set caused market prices to fall. Color-source estimates and tapped-land counts do not capture every utility ability or guarantee a stronger deck. Check the swaps against your full deck before buying; prices will change.
